Once the customer fills out the intact form link on the home page our team get to work immediately. We will start by looking at an aerial photo of your property and adjacent properties. Then we will follow up with specific goal related questions. This will help give a preliminary evaluation of the properties potential. Our number one goal is to make sure that we can deliver you something of value before agreeing to take on your project.

Getting the Lay of the Land
The best time to visit properties is during the winter and early spring months. At this time of year, the woods are open and everything is much easier to see and evaluate. We feel strongly that this is the only time of year when any consultant can really offer their clients the best service.
